For a receiver or defensive safety I'd do fine. I may be small but ive taken the biggest guys down. When it comes to taking people down, it isnt the size of the player...its how hard they can hit.

It's also incredibly phsically addictive. Caffeine is a diahretic as well and dehydrates you. It's important to chase caffinated drinks with water.
I drink plenty of water. 1gallon + per day of just water. The rest of the time I'm drinking sweet tea and juices. A soda every now and then but not every often.

 
for about 7-8 weeks a while back i had this craving for salad, and wanted to start eating better. so for breakfast i would eat 1 bowl of like raisin bran with non fat mile, eat a big salad for lunch, and then eat whatever i wanted for dinner and only ate fresh fruit for snacks and lost about 1-2 pounds a week. first time i had been under 200 in a while.

 
dude im 5'11 and 189lbs and i dont do shit ever!

i used to be 250 though. i just grew out of it.

work out and eat healthy. thats all there is to it and if you cant do that. you have some problems.
