Voltage Problems, Please Help!!!

I checked today and it was at 14.1-14.4 at idle. And i was running the amp at 1ohm tuned conservatiley

Was that under load? Where was this checked? That's what you should be seeing though.

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC. Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M

The AudioControl LC7i has a maximum output voltage of up to 8.5volts. It can output up to 8.5 volts which is more than a typical aftermarket head...
