I dont really have a problem with ups but with the company that I bought from. I bought a fiberglass lip for my car and they said it would take about 2-3 weeks to make. Then after thinking about it some more, I no longer wanted it because I'm most certain thats its gonna get cracked within the first week. So I call them back the next day to cancel it. The guy ask me why, I explain to him and he says ok. This was around 3pm eastern and they're on the west coast.
A few hours later, I get a call from the manager saying they had already shipped the lip prior to me calling to cancelling the order. I asked him wtf happened to 2-3 weeks? Apparently they got them in and since it shipped, theres nothing I can do about it. At this point, I'm kinda suspicious.
So I call today to get my tracking number to see when exactly it was shipped out. After the guy gives it to me, he specifically tells me that the date on it may be different up to 1-2 days from when ups picked it up. And when I go to track it, theres no info on it even tho it supposed to shipped out early yesterday.
What do u guys think of the scenario? Are these guys bullsh!tting me?
