All they probably are doing is printing a shipping label and won't have it update until it's picked up. I believe Fi does it similar with there sub's and shipping but I'm not 100% sure. It's probably them trying to keep your money.The only people I know who crack the kit's are simply the one's who just can't drive and hit every bump and pot hole in the road. I wouldn't cancel it just because you're afraid of cracking it just be careful when driving.</blockquote>
