Well i had my 2 type r 12's in a ported box with 500 to them and just wasnt impressed with SQ or SPL really --so i put just one of them in a 1.5 sealed box with 9oo rms to them !!!!!!!!now im impressed sounded like a dif sub.my ? is is the 1.5 sealed to big???? would i get warmer and tighter bass plus the 1.5 wont fit in my mustang???.

thats what i think i have my gains turned up about 1/2 way plus im not a boom boom car i listen to metal
ok i can see that now. its not as bad as i thought. but still my friend put in some metal the other day (im a rap and reggae guy) and when the bass hit it really suprised me. **** was like lil jon but rock haha. but yea i guess most just doesnt have that much bass.
