I guess for 6 dbs its worth the upgrade for me:) I will notice a nice difference in sound, and shaking and rumbling and unfortunatly rattleing.

If you have one sub and you give it 700 watt and then add another sub in and give that one 700 watts, you should theoretically gain 6 dB ...
