type r's

i posted a lil while back about polk audio MM series, and got some good reviews, but i was also wondering about the alpine type r's, haven't quite decided what to go with..

the tweeters on them a fairly bright, correct? but what's the midbass like on them?

alpines are cheaper, but should i just spend more money and get the polks?

oh yeah im gonna amp em, prob runnin a t600-4bd sso they'll be gettin plenty of power. and i can get the 6x9s for like $108 shipped. but im not too worried about the price, but i'd like to keep it around 150.

nu uh, don't drive a car, lookin into buildin a center console/sub box, and place the 6x9s in the console by the floor.

i have a 98 s10, lookin into gettin a f150, and wondering what speakers would be the best to run to get some mid bass with. but i was also thinkin about running 2 8in subs as a mid bass drivers...

o word well i would say get those speakers i recommended an give em plenty of power since they can take it. an get a dd 1508 an give it 1000 watts. be a good lil system
