Type R's or L7's any thought's

Any one have a thought on what 2 L7 10's could do for DB's

if ur gonna go with a single 12... id get a R and get like 2k watts for it

What's louder,type R? 2 10's or 1 12 ?

depends on what ur pushing to the 2 12's but the one type R with 2000 watts in the right box will be L O U D

The Type R is a good SPL sub for the $$$, but assuming both are properly setup and given equal power, the L7 will take it every time.

The class I'm running is 1 12in or 2 10in. What's going to be louder...I'll be useing test tone's.

2 L7 10's would be loudest...agian its all in the box, but if all conditions were perfect they would wang. i know this for a fact too. im switching from my 15 r to 2 L7 10's. friends have tested the 10's and found them to be louder then the 15 L7's. but agian install might have to the difference, and he owns a TL

Are you saying they found 10" L7s to be lounder than 15" L7s?! If that's the case, something was badly wrong with the setup on the 15s. Bad box, not enough power, or both.

if you're honestly buying this setup for ONLY DBDRAG, and seriously only, as in you'll have a second setup to put in for daily driving, get the 10's

We don't know what kind of car you drive, how your box is gonna be, or how your box is setup. No-one can tell you. Too many variables. We don't even know which amp your running yet. or even the ohmload your ampis seeing.

get an 0615L7 give it 2500watts and put it in a 6cu.ft box tuned to 45hz
