Ah, sorry for the delayed reply, but yes, port and sub firing the same direction. Thanks for Reply's so far. I guess I have never had a box port firing in a different direction then the speaker. In the trunk of a car, rear firing in my experience has been the loudest, however in an suv I had, front firing, with the port also facing forward was better for output. This vehicle is a Chrysler 300, if that makes any difference to the advice given. Thanks
