And no one is conparing the 35 to 9500

So what are we comparing? If anything we can compare AQ to AB. Both are nothing like DD, Subs or Amps, and surely not speakers.

IMO the HDC4 is a waste unless you are going to put some power to them. Even then it seems to be a very inefficent design. Just to much moving mass to be loud of low power. Where as the DD is a very efficent sub that CAN take power, not that it has to. Look at the box size they can utilize taking power, must me some magic glue holding them together.

No its not. They AQ3500 is a 18v stable amp and DD still makes the M4 and its still a 12v amp.

Still doent mean its loud or sounds good. Still doesnt mean it has range or its maxed out. I'm not saying its a bad sub at all, just saying its different the the 3500.

Like i saod earlier trust me i swapped 3512s out for these ..i like em alot better all around and im barely tickling them

Doesnt mean you had the 3500s in ideal conditions. I swapped out XLs for my 9500s and I'm much happier, doesnt mean somebody else will be the same. You may have not liked the sound of the 3500s but like the AQs Somebody else might think the other way. Your idea of lows might not be the same as others.

Actually the 3500s were i perfect conditions ..the box was built.for.them designed by buck ..then i jus slapped the aqs in it ...i got a new box goin in designed for the aqs ..should.really bring.them to life

Anyway price wise the HDC4 is more comparable to the 9500 buy time you add in shipping on the 4.
