I found this new brand of amp from other forums.

Looks like a new internet company that just started this year.

Anybody heard of them? They have some pretty nice amps

tru tech makes some awesome products. i just ordered one of the hammers for my car the other week. i have a friend who is using two of the hammers for SPL use. they make very good products.

and there new C-7 amp is tha bomb.

your friend has 2 of the hammer's that put out 4kw rms **** how much $$ does he have. i have met the US division supervisor of Tru Tech and lemme tell you they beat the snot out of everything i've ever seen. that includes brax, sinfoni, zapco, arc, helix, etc etc etc. IMO the Tru Tech amps are the best amps on the market and the C-7 is possibly the finest piece of audio amplifier technology around. they hoenstly aren't that new you've just never heard of em

Well, Elemental Designs is distributing them as a collaboration right now. Ben says that they are great amps but they are really expensize. He says that they put the same effort into there amps that Ben puts into his subs so they must be great. However, I don't like the prices too much.

they are supposed to be great amps, nicely built and very clean amp. very expensive tho.

the sledge only does the 4kw rms at like .5ohm i believe. besides, dual D2's modded or not can make the D2's have more power.

sounds like the user didn't provide the required criteria for the Sledge then.. its much stronger than a pair of D2's...

half of the sledge hammer, the H1 can do upwards of 3.2 kw with 16v system, and a .75 ohm nominal load...

a pair of H1 strapped (which is what a sledgehammer is) can do 5kw with ease, with 2 ohm nominal strapped loads..

they are in an artical in 1 od the Magazines this month.. i forget which 1.. but it said something like 125 x 4 sell for 2500$... i read more about it tomorrow at work where i left my mag.. and let u know for sure what it said...

that is the C-7, was featured in caraudio and electronics. i believe tru under rates all their amps as well. i know they under rate the hammer and the sledgehammer, but im not sure about their SQ amps like the C-7.

but yeah, they are very high dollar amps, but very worth it if you have the money.

compare the linear power to the copper of sh-1 you tell me who will win.
