Tim Roy recone...

lolz... but you really need to clean that gap drag... i neets to be clean no matter what, or it could be major problems down the road //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
yes of course. I put the coil on just to see how it fits and the **** thing scrapes when i push it down.

Edit: what do i use to strip the old adhesive off the basket? I tried Aircraft paint remover and it didn't work //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

i never said i was going to glue the recone to the basket. In order to properly align the parts to the basket, you need the motor. I needed to motor to get the height of the spider correct. There are multiple combinations of spacers, and sizes. The recone is perfect, the coil read between 1.0 and 1.1 when i shipped it, maybe its time to upgrade your DMM, or get it recalibrated. I also am not responsible for cleaning off a basket that you bought from someone else, i don't want to breathe in any extra crap that i don't have to.

That's fine about the basket, but I just thought you would have just said that you would not need the basket if you weren't going to do anything with it. I was merely under the false pretense that you would do so since you accepted the basekt. I wish you would have been clear about that. And my DMM is fine, thank you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I am over it and realize that there are some parts that I have been wrong about this recone. But you have to also admit that your communication with me hasn't been exactly stellar and I wish that it would have been. Anyway, no hard feeling over here and I hope for the same on your part.

And tell me, how do i clean off this crap on the basket here?

I understand that you're busy with your life, who isn't? But if it takes me three emails to get in touch with you then that just sucks for me IMO.
