I'am gonna be picking up a audioque HD3 15" tomorrow from a buddy,

He has the sub in a box thats 4.5 cubes. Should I bother making a new box?

The box is tuned to 34hz.

Is it going to get much louder if I make it bigger?

Also the subs going to be running off a hifonics 2005D amp. Will the subs take all of the amps power?

Tuning is on the low side for an HD, but will work. 38-40Hz seems to be the sweet spot for them.

Why do you have 4 Sundown 1500ds when 1 aq2200d would give you ecquivalent power at 1ohm?
