Have fun with it Rob.

One thing that surprised me is there were to sets of 4 spiders, separate. One set was on a lifter and the lower set was were they normally are. Are the 10's made like that, and how are you going to remove the lifter? It appears to be glued into place.

Thanks for the Pics Dave. No worries I'm gonna have a blast with it.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

The factory HDC's came with a spider lock ring so to speak. It's there because the Chinese glue sucks basically. I gotta remove it and see if the holes will line up with the recone. If not , as per DJ's instruction, throw it away the glue we use is more than enough to do the job. As we have seen in Lew's truck.

Also the copper spider packs do have a gap in between layers.

The aluminum have a set of sandwiched spiders on them. There is no gap and are supposed to be stronger. These are the sets I've been running since last yr. Only with the addition of the 2nd amp did I ever tear them.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

Im glad to see somebody stick with a company and not jump on the next boner because something broke.....good job!!!
Thank you! Some day I will probably have to step away and get something a bit bigger but for now no one has a 5krms 10.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

DD 99Z10 LOL but thats way out of budget I would imagine...a 95Z10 may even do the job but still pricy....on 9500's the spiders are all sandwiched together...all 8 of them.

The aluminum spider pack is comparable to the 9500's. Linear spiders sandwiched together.

Yeah the 99z and 95z are out of budget.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
