Friend has 2 in a 3cf box tuned to 30hz with a saz-2000 powering them in a altima and they just sound amazing and can get dirty low at the same time. For the $$$ these are for sure something to look at.

In my exp you made the right choice if you are going for output over sq.

the memphis mojo is a darn nice sub, if you can get it cheap its worth it, slightly over priced since memphis seems to fancy themselves more of a luxury audio company but with more ass behind their equipment. and they are, they make nice stuff kinda like how jl tries to be but memphis is 50 times better. c3s? eh, very good but for the price usually asked for them ill pass, but the old orange basket mojos or the green basket quad coils are great!
