yea the "buildhouse" didn't do a good job with the first coat... some wetsanding later, i gotta paint that thing again.sweet
that better be spraypaint
2 2ohmwould it be better to get 2 2-ohm type r's or 2 4-ohm type r's into a 2-ohm load?? i was going to power them with an MRD-M1005
No, just set the adjustments on the amp accordingly. And is it one 2 ohm or one 4 ohm?would it be over kill to use just one type r with the mrd-m1005?
omh load does not affect the sound whatsoever... the ohm load ONLY affects how the sub can be wired... sound is the same at whatever ohm loadI have a big plan to get one 12" Type R. Now, I have a PA A3000DB, it 1 Ohm stabe. But there is a dilemma in my mind, to get 4 Ohm DVC or 2 Ohm DVC sub. What is the difference in SQ between 1 Ohm and 2 Ohm ? Planing to use 2 cf. vented, tuned about 30 Hz. Does not trained human ears feels the difference between 1 Ohm and 2 Ohm ? How big this difference?
