I can see that. It is your call and not ours and your email reflects that. I have attempted to help you at every turn but the end result is your choice not ours. If you change your mind at any time send me your number and I will personally call you and take care of it. That offer extends until you take us up on that offer.

For the record, it seems like Dustin is going out of his way to help a dissatisfied customer but the customer isn't accepting his help, yet still complained.

I've been emailing him for the last three months trying to get this to work out.

So you tell me, if you owned a business and a customer had paid for an item only to receive a sub standardized version of it, would you let it drag on for three months? I hope not.

I own a business and **** happens. Send a replacement package and that one gets lost in the mail. Hear something a month later, get it confused with a current order.

WTF are you really trying to accomplish in this thread? IF it's to badmouth DC, his showing up in here and offering to make you happy isn't really helping your cause.

The fact is, the situation has clearly caught his attention and he has offered a foolproof method of contacting you to make the situation better but after months of your dissatisfaction, you don't want the solution. It doesn't make sense. Not trying to be a jerk or anything, but it is obvious that he is trying to make it right.

It reminds me of the situations with a girlfriend where they will complain that you aren't doing something right (because they love to complain), then when you offer to make things right, they say no (so that they can keep complaining and holding it over your head).

I really didn't make this thread to get help. I made it to share my experience that I had with DC Creations. I've been emailing him trying to get some help for the past three months (should I say that again? I feel like I should somewhere) and clearly not a **** thing has been done. Now that I made it a public thing, it's "hey, give me a call on my personal line and I'll take care of everything" so he looks like the good guy and I'm just a huge *******. Right.
