We ship via UPS and everything is track able on our end to see what transpired. Since we put this in our build log to be built and shipped prior to other builds as it was a replacement we do not always notify you of a tracking number. This was never an issue before, but it would appear it has become an issue now.
As I said, if you truly did not receive the enclosure we can build/ship another with no issues. I can track down the package via UPS to see what happened to it as it was never returned to us.
