I mean yeah, since I really sat there and hand sanded a cut out that was meant for an 8" to the size of a 10" cutout.
Do you jack ***** realize that an 8" sub would fall right through the 10" cutout? Get real. I know how to put a speaker into an enclosure.
bro if your really looking to get help carrying yourself in this matter is not helping. i dont think you understand how swamped dustin is. he feels terrible about not being able to help everyone 24/7 but he is understaffed at the moment and is doing the best he can.

Thanks, but the issue here is we did ship out the enclosure so I am sorting through our files to find a tracking number to verify where it went. To be honest, if we get a complaint(which is not often) and we find a resolution and honor it we almost never hear about the fix until they are ready for a new enclosure. So I figured with no contact the issue was resolved.

It is such a small enclosure if I'm not worried and if it needs to be sent yet again we can do that and still at no charge at all.

 
As per our emails you should have received a new enclosure already. It was scheduled to be built shipped at no charge and no questions asked further then your explanations and images. I will have to check on your second enclosure to see what transpired with it, but it was shipped some time ago and was never returned to us.
So you guys built it, shipped it, and didn't bother sending some sort of shipment confirmation?

Yeah, that's fine. In our emails I was told this and I said they can take the time if they really need it because I understand the circumstances. About a month and a half later, I asked if anything was going on with the build which is quoted in the first post.

We ship via UPS and everything is track able on our end to see what transpired. Since we put this in our build log to be built and shipped prior to other builds as it was a replacement we do not always notify you of a tracking number. This was never an issue before, but it would appear it has become an issue now.

As I said, if you truly did not receive the enclosure we can build/ship another with no issues. I can track down the package via UPS to see what happened to it as it was never returned to us.
