Ok, so i'm a little late to this thread, but i had to get in here.

First, dustin (as always) has handled this situation extremely well, which in itself shows the kind of business he is running.

Second, OP... where to start? You create a thread, obviously trying to trash talk one of our most trustworthy vendors, for incomplete reasons, while at the same time completely contradicting yourself time after time. First post, you complain about the PR being the wrong size, but negate to mention the fact that this is YOUR fault. You try to pass it off onto DC. Then you attempt to make it seem that you have had no communication at all with DC after several attempts... But, come to find out, you have already had communication with DC, to which they replaced the box for FREE. Then you retort that said FREE box never arrived. To which DC replies that they will research the matter, and if necessary, send you a THIRD box for FREE (which in itself shows you dustin's commitment to customer satisfaction, as if i was him at this point, with the way it's been handled, you'd be on your own), to which you then reply "no thanks"? SO WHAT THE FVCK WAS THE POINT OF THIS ENTIRE THREAD?!? You obviously have no intention on resolving your so called "dispute", your complaints are generally unfounded, and yet you are still complaining?

Here's the point.... GROW THE FVCK UP! Mistakes happen in business. It's just part of running a business. But i dare you to attempt to find many companies out there that will go COMPLETELY out of their way to insure customer satisfaction as DC does. In the current environment of fly-by-night, here today-gone tomorrow companies, it is very rare to find any company that will, in fact, take a loss... just to guarantee satisfaction.

I have no stake at all in DC, i'm not a rep for them, or even really connected to them in any significant way... But, they (and by they, i'm speaking of dustin in particular) run that company extremely customer oriented, and having them on this site is a huge asset. You, however, have only proved yourself to be an immature, whiney, prick.

Please, for the love of god, GTFO this forum, as you are not needed or wanted, and leave car audio to the big boys. /rant
