all im saying is in the entire time i have been on this site, i have seen two complaints from dustin. one being you, and another about him not getting back to emails fast enough, and he publicly apologized letting everyone know he is understaffed and is trying the best he can to get ahold of people. i dont see that he did anything wrong here. from what i can gather is you gave him the incorrect dimensions and/or put the speaker in the wrong hole. now im guessing it is becasue you gave him the wrong dimensions, but like i said, that should not be his problem.

What's with you as$ hats telling me I put the sub in the wrong hole? I mean really. The cutout for the 10" PR is 9.25". An 8" sub would not mount on that, it would fall right through it. Do you really think I don't know that?

I didn't give him any dimensions. I told him the make and model of the speaker/PR (as requested) and he told me that he knows both very well and will have no problem doing it.
