each to his own, but imo ported>sealed. as u can get more output, sound just as good if not better. granted u cant drop as low but who needs 16hz noted anyways

That's hobgoblin talk. You don't have the same response curve with a ported enclosure as you do with sealed. Lows are killer with sealed. You'd need a huge enclosure to achieve the same as a sealed enclosure.
