System was stolen! Need new speakers!

Alright so my system was stolen...and i need new speakers. Only thing is, after i got my set, i stopped looking and learning about speakers, so now all these new sets people are talking about have me really confused (when i left everyone was PURE rainbow, and they were talking about their new Dream line speakers).

I have 200 bucks TOPS for a component set 6.5"

I want:

• Good Midbass, nothing to keep up with a sub, but good midbass
  
• Smooth But clear tweeter response
  
• relatively low power handling (100 or less)
  
• small crossovers
  

i'm going to be a doing a stealth install so that my stuff can't get stolen. Thats why i need small crossovers.

Anyway, i'll leave it to the experts here...please help! I'd go to places and listen, but i'm forced to buy on the internet because the most exotic stuff near me is focal. It's just the garden variety at my stores, Alpine, Kenwood, Boston, Infinity and Pioneer.
