If you fasten things down well enough and have tons of sirens it honestly is pretty effective

fastening things is number one, they are right most guys get a alarm for there home install and think there good. i personally use a big bolt from the mid of my box to the spare tire's old hole(matching the bolt at a hardware store) then putting at least 4 L brackets on the box itself. a thief will spend hours trying to get your shit out of your car, your hu will be a easy lick but also 9 of 10 easy to replace.
