System Is About Done (pics)

Very nice work man love everything im just not the biggest fan of how u got the sub slanted and the amps also. but other then that man everything looks great .

people must forget about the gastank issue on these cars. when i last worked in a bay we installed two ED 7" subs into the rear deck run off of a JL 300/2. but yes these things actually are pretty easy to sound good. should go with a DD headunit though. it really cleans up the look upfront.

what kinda car is that it looks like a monaro or commaadore umm gto and g8 to you guys but we invented it arent they noice 6Lv8 rwd front engine heps o torque and brnouts aplenty hmmmmm the smell of rubber frying in the morning but raly what sort of car as if it is a gto there is some cool stuff you might like to see on Mobile Electronics Australia it like ca.com but dumber and full of twats whoever they do have hepz of ozzy cars and there is a fiar few monaros etc might be worth a look

WTF?
The OP has a new GTO.

Holden = GM in Australia.
Yes, I know. He seems to be suggesting they, the Australian division, 'invented' gto's or rear wheel drive muscle cars, or somehting.
Hell nevermind, he is almost unintelligible. And even when you can understand him, you find yourself wishing you hadn't bothered reading anyway.

Just another observation, you're losing a ton of potential midbass output because of that large hole in the inner door panel //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Seal that up with sheet metal or Plexi, along with the holes above it, and I bet you'll get better results...
I was planning on sealing it with just some sound deadener mats, I'm not too worried about it. My goal with this install was just to to have something better than stock.

Would have been nice. Though I didn't have the money for a W205 and H701. This will do for now.

Don't have any, this is about as close as I got...

Must mean it's right?

Maybe.

Too lazy.

IIRC, the new GTO does have its origins in Oz. Could be wrong about that, though. "Invented" is a poor choice of words regardless.

Understandable, I'm just coming from the "We've been there before, and this is what we've learned" camp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

All suggestions are more than welcome. Though when I started this I didn't want to spend alot of time or money into it, I got enough of that invested into making the car go fast. For right now this set up will work. It may not look the best or anything, but this set up is more practical IMO. I'll probably get bored of the install sooner or later, then move the sub in the spare tire well, build a new amp rack and flush mount the amps, etc. Though for now this will work fine, I can fit the bottle in the other side and still have room to put stuff in the trunk, that was one of the main goals.
