System acting up

So this is my sister’s sound system that’s been working normally for about 2 1/2 years. But now the subwoofer only plays and the door speakers don’t play at all. 1 monoblock amp and 1 4 channel amp. I already tested RCA’s and switched out the head unit, both amps are on and I changed out one of the passive crossovers and it’s still not working. And she recently said to me that “in good weather” the door speakers work but not the subwoofer. I’m so confused lol

Are you using the factory radio?

Have you isolated the amps to see if it is the amp, the speakers or the signal from the HU? Easy to do. Get yourself an adapter for your phone, turn the system on and plug directly into the amp, if you get sound, you have a HU problem. if you don't you have a speaker or an amplifier problem.

Yes!! What Radio/HU? What model and type vehicle? Tapped into existing door speaker wiring back to the amplifier??? Testing as stated will save some time on pulling door panels right away/ which is an excellent idea and can save some time as well.

Sony MEX-N5300BT is the HU, I have aftermarket speaker wires going straight from the 4 channel amp to the speakers. The amp is a Down4sound JP94

I would also recommend checking all the amps wiring to make sure secured/ tight and ground is solid and remote making solid contact in the terminal
