Sundown 1500D issues

No you do not need to use all the speaker terminals, they're just there to make it easier for you.
Its a mono amp so using jumpers would have no effect as its connected internally.. (unless you're strapping two amps)

Which is what I thought the case was for all mono blocks, but in the manual it does show both positives being used.

what you need to use both might want to read your manual again

yeah my 1500d works fine just using one set.

never had a problem with it

I'm running .5 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Its there because the sub is a DVC and its just showing all the wire coming off the speakers going directly to the amp.

sorry bizzle manual wins everytime especially when he is trying to run it at 1 ohm and if your right i will admit i was wrong however kamanian who has ran many agrees that he needs to use both..

He's correct. It's a mono amp, that would be just like hooking up to juice on a distribution block. Think of it like a car battery with two posts on it so you have more wiring options.

Quick question, are you using a breaker any were in youe 0 guage wiring, if so, you should check that breaker, I had a setup with a Mmats amp, and so as the music got good and started getting down, it would shut off!! no protect or anything, just shut off. I was told to check the breakers, and the one close to the amp was bad, The breaker was heating up so bad, the soilder in the breaker would melt, and loose the power current. When the soilder cooled down and settle it self, the power current would start again, giving me music, until it heated and melted again. Just check all your wiring!!
