Then here is a video of the grounds. Sorry for the shaky video, but I had to hurry before I ran out of time. It goes from the batt to the alt bracket and from the battery to the frame. Then from the inside it goes from the block to the seat bolt and there is a wire from the seat bolt going to the frame.



Grounds were ground down with 40 grit and dialectic grease was used behind the connections.

Another strange thing is that my ZX650.4 has played perfect since day one.

A call tag is a UPS label that I e-mail to you and you just drop it off at a UPS store and they take care of it.

Then I'll send the new one out.

It was delivered yesterday. I am going home tomorrow and I'll post results when I get everything running again.

Yes, I just got back from the garage.

It seems like more output than the other one ever had. So far it has worked flawlessly. I had it at 58 VAC pulling 23 amps, so around 1330 RMS. I have played it for probably 30-45 minutes total and it seems like the old amp was the problem.

+1 for Jacob and Sundown for the excellent cs. If I didn't already have my zx650.4 I'd be buying an sax100.4 and still might in the future.
