Sub with limited Amp Power?

Hi, i've never owned a sub before, but i'm looking for one that will run well on 200W RMS.

I have the Alpine MRP-F450 amp currently connected to my Type R components and 6x9's. I'm going to keep the Comps connected and bridge the rear channels for a sub.

The amp will put out 200W rms bridged so I'm looking for suggestions for good subs that will sound good on that type of power.

I don't care for obnoxious or rubmly bass. I like tight crisp bass, Sound quality over rumble.

Any suggestions you can give would be appreciated since I know literally nothing about subs.

u should tell us how much space u have to work with, and if ur looking for a 8" 10" or 12"

That wont get very loud with only 200 watts.

He needs something with a rating of 90db 1W/1M or above if he wants the volume to be decent at that power.

haha, good point. Sorry, I dunno why I made the most vague post of all time.

I have a 98 Accord 2 door, I don't really have any space restrictions but for obvious reasons I want to use as little as possible.

I'm impartial to the size of sub I get so long as it offers the best possible sound quality for the power I can offer.

8 or 10, either or.

Like I said, I don't need LOUD. To be honest, if I put the bass boost on my amp for my rear 6x9's i'm ALMOST satisfied. (just worried about blowing them)

I'm quite happy with my system as is, but there is obvious room for improvement. I don't need overwhelming bass, just a little extra thump.

Those are all SVC 4-ohm drivers that will result in incredible SQ. They are not SPL-oriented in least bit. They may get loud in the right app, but SQ is first and foremost.

what kind of bugdet are we looking at?

false. this spec doesnt mean much in most applications.
