the m3's will be in a 1.5 sealed box and the tc's will be in a ported box with 3.5 cubes a sub

it depends on enclosure and setup but probably the 4 12's since its got more cone area

purely SPL:

i'm tempted to say TC 15's PORTED over sealed.

I know the memphis' have more cone area, but it can be done.

sealed and SPL usually don't go together.
