I think I'm gonna go Dcon. do you guys think one 3 inch port would let the sub breathe enough?

Should be fine with that amount of power.

I wouldn't want to just build it for 200 watts in case I decide to upgrade to a 500 or 750 watt amp on the future. I wouldn't want to rebuild the box.

Id get one of these @ a DVC2 ohm and wire@4 ohms if considered on a smaller scaled budget, and will do well if you ever decide to upgrade to some power @1 ohm...Just another option

I don't think you have the right understanding of box size vs power. The larger the box, the more efficient the system becomes - in other words, it takes less power to get it loud. The smaller the box, the more inefficient the system becomes, but the more power it can take.

Sorry I should have been more clear. I was worried about under porting the box. if I was to get a bigger amp in the future, I didn't want to have port compression issues with a single 3 inch port.

If you're planning to upgrade to a bigger amp in the future, then a 4" port would probably be better so you can avoid port compression. It will be louder even with your 200w compared to a 3" port. But as of right now with 200w and a Dcon, a 3" would be completely acceptable.
