Sub-Sonic filter Setting???

I have 2 12's in a slot ported box tuned to 37hz,can anyone tell me where I should set the gain on my sub-sonic filter(20-50hz)?Or should I not even use it?Thanks

set it at about 35-37 hz. you want to set your ssf right at, or just below tunning frequency
