Sub Sonic Filter Question...

i kno its been asked many times and i used the search tool but still really cant find the answer...

i jus got my sundown sae1200d and wanted to kno what to set the sub sonic filter to?

i have this PORTED box from best buy and i keep reading that you have to set it to 10hz below the tuned frequency of my box but i have no clue what that is...

I Searched and my 2nd result actually gave me this

Go to it enter the dimensions of your box as it says on bestbuy and there u go.

set it to 30hz.tuning on most of those boxes are tuned right around 36-39hz

Second question would be, how can you tell what the ss filter is set at? It's just a pot.

If it's a sealed box you don't need to use the SSF.
