sub shouldnt be blown?

alright. bought these re mt;s a while ago from a kid. they blew so i reconed them. well now after the recones are put on one of the subs is fine and the other was doing just fine too. well when we reconed it (the one that is now makeing a noise) we realized it was slightly off center. but barely anything to be worried about. well its rubbing now. thats what the noise is cuz when i push on a certain side of the surround the noise stops. when i let go it starts rubbing again...now that seems like it just needs to be redone right. just take the cone off and redo it???
