I would like preferrably either a really nice 12 or 15 on par with a xxx or brahma or a pair of 12's or 15's that are SQ oriented but get loud.

Power will be provided by an Orion 2500d so they need to be able to handle this amp without problems.

How do Type R's happen to be suggested in a thread where the guy wants to buy a sub that is comparable with an XXX....

but i dont see why everyone hates on them other than it so god d*mn annoying hearing about them ever 2 seconds....they do exactly what he is looking for....descent SQ, they get loud, and they can be wired to 1ohm and work with the 2500d well....wtf does it hurt posting them as an offer?

I dont know what that means, but yeah it did answer what he wanted. I would not go with a couple Type R's though, if I was in the market for something like an XXX. I would take an XXX over a pair of R's.

With an amp like that you can power TWO brahmas or the shit out of one XXX.

not to mention i have one of each for sale.

i agree...i know the w3's can take power but 2500 on 2 is overdoing it..unless u wire them in series and even still u pushing the limit

ok thanks for the replies but if your subs cant handle a 2500d wired at 1 ohm then dont post. Also, please include prices with your subs. If i was to get a pair of 12's or 15's they would need to be able to handle around 1000rms, not 600 like the type-r's.
