well i have 2 atomic apx 10s d1 they have some problems the person who did the recone really messed them up i lost a coil within a week on each sub just no ohm reading at all. but my problem is that one of them sounds like it is rubbing on notes over 40hz and under 30hz... the surround seems like its coming loose on it and if i hold the part that is loose down to the basket the noise pretty much goes away. so my question is, is there any glue that i can get at the local hardware store that i can glue the surround back down with? i would get some ca glue but my bank account is messed up and i cant use paypal

Yikes.. who did the recones ?

If they are foam surrounds you can use contact cement (use sparingly!) or if they are butyl I'd use automotive goop..
