dc lvl 4's with sundown 2000d

hello. I have two 15 lvl 4's that I'm having reconed w/ level 5 coils. The coils will be duel 1 ohm, so I can have a final load of 1 ohm. Do you think my sundown 2000d is strong enough to push both of these subs? I have heard of people running around 2000 watts per sub, and I just want to make sure i have enough power. thanks

I think it wil be fine, the Level 5 coil upgrade bumps up power handling to 1500RMS per sub, and the Sundown is underrated, should put out a solid 2200 to 2400w. A 3000D would be a better matchup with those subs, but honestly, I think that combo will work fine.
