sub noise

so i posted a few days ago and didnt get any responses, so i figured i retry. i have 2 15" memphis Prs in 5cuft sealed box. my problem is that one of my subs makes a rattling noise whenever it hits. i listen to it regulary 32, 40 to show off, but at 24 you can start to hear the noise. i just noticed it the other day and want to know whats wrong with it. any help would be much appreciated guys, thanks.

Enclosure not well-sealed? Coil bottoming out? Other mechanical nastiness?

Depending on how hard you're running it, could be a number of things. Do you notice that the dustcap gets hot after use and/or smell glue?

what kind of noise is it does it sound mechanical cause at really high excursions my Q makes a knocking noise that i think has to do with a leak in my box

the enclosure may not be completely sealed, maybe some minor leakage around the sub, i listen to it usually at 30 wich is not extremely punishing, but 35-40 is. there is no smell, and the dustcap is lukewarm after play not much though. the noise it makes sounds like rattling. there is no other way to desrcibe it. thanks guys
