Sub like l7 with a little more sq

I gusse you could say im looking for sql. I have recently thaught about getting 2 12' L7's, but after hearing them I wondered if i couldnt find something with a little more sq. Price range: no more than 200 per sub ( i will buy off ebay) Any suggestions will be apreciated

what kind of amp do you have? what kind of car is going into? what kind of music do you listen to? are you going sealed or ported? etc.....

Go with some RE SX's. Get hella loud and sound good doing it. 2 12 SX's would wang

You should be able to find the SX's used for somewhere around 200, you wont find them new for that much though.

The HiFonics Atlas are as loud as the L7's, but way better sound quality. They have them on ebay for about $179 a speaker. The rms is 900w and max is 1800w. They have dual 4ohm and dual 2ohm models.

Thats what I thought, at first I didnt even know they made subs untill one day I went to a friends house and had put a pair of them into his car to replace his L7's. They sound awesome //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif like I said as loud but better SQ. He replaced his L7's for the same reason they were to loud, but poor SQ.

its all in the box man you can go a medium+ size to a large size box deaden it (the box) and the l5 or l7 should sound pretty good and still hit low and hard. type rs can do either. i would probably recomend a set of sound splinters as well little more expensive but not too much more and you get a warranty also ascendant audio avalanches would be a good choice pending avalibility.

i agree with the soundsplinters. mine put out some good spl numbers as well as others.
