ok, think i figured out a way i can fit a 9cu ft box into my cavalier trunk, im just wondering if my port configuration would cause cancelation, im going to put two 15" audioque hd315's facing into the cabin, sealed where the seat folds down, then a 5" x 33" long port comming straight up out of the top of the box and through the rear deck for a tuning of 40hz (7" long.) will this port configuration cause cancelation? (subs forward, port up) thanks for you help

i've seen something simiar in lowrider mag. u make a crx style (slanted baffle) with the top and bottom panels made too long. Then port the elongated top panel (huge port) directly into the rear deck of the car. It make all sound enter the car, but with no trunk rattle. The only thing is you have to e careful b/c some newer cars count on the rear deck for stablization.
