Sub Fire Direction?

I plan to have a sealed box with an angled back as close to the rear seats in the trunk as possible. The reason for this is because I still regularly put shit in my trunk.

What I'm wondering is if I should design the box with the woofer firing upward, backward, sideways, or forward at an upward angle.

Which way do you guys think would sound the best?

It's going to be a sealed enclosure with a single fully loaded 12" Fi Q getting 1000-1200w rms.
