Hey i got a friend with a jetta hes lookin for a system. Some car audio salesman wanted to sell him 2 12 eclipses with a box and a 130x2 amp and all the wiring and install for 860$. I dont know if this is gonna be worth what it says and i was wondering what you all thought about Adire Shiva i was doin some research on there page and their 15 tempest look sweet. How would these 2 setups compare (2 12 Eclipse and 2 15 tempest) the eclipse are 450 for the pair compared to 300 for the tempest and they are 15 so hed get the lows of rap music better right? im new at this and was also thinkin that 130x2 is a pretty weak amp for 2 12s but correct me if im wrong thanks for the help in advance.

well the tempest wouls smoke the eclipses, and 260 is weak for subs. you can get a jbl1200.1 for 300bucks and it does around 1300watts. go with the tempests.

I know the tempests can get LOUDER than the shivas, but I think the shivas can actually go lower than the tempests, am I right on this? someone please correct me

both in optimum sized enclosures... shiva can't come close..
