Sub Comparison for new install

I'm going to be getting into a new install in a couple weeks and have been trying to figure out what sub to use. This will be an SQL install with a slight lean toward SQ. I have been looking at AA Havoc, SSA Icon, IDMax, and most recently TC LMS-R. I currently have a 12" Q that is in need of a recone but I'm thinking about getting another driver. It would be in roughly 2 cubes tuned low to 28-30hz and get around 1200wrms.

One thing I like about the TC sub is it's amount of excursion and ability to hit the low lows. I just wonder about the output from it...

I've seen plenty of ppl getting pretty loud with TC subs. I dont think you'll be disappointed in the output from it given the box is correct of course

I just realized that the LMS-R is listed as a home theater sub on PE.......I guess it works equally as well in a mobile application...

I'm using an older TC sub in my car and it's great. Even tho it's in the wrong box, the lows are nasty.
