sub better than than a 15" rd hw

i doubt there is a single sub that could be much louder with that room but you could do multiple subs that work well in small boxes

for example: with that space you could fit two 18" lms ultras (sealed), three or four 15" lms ultras (sealed) or MAYBE two 15" lms ultras (ported)

i see no reason any of those combos wouldnt be louder... but they would be pretty expensive

i really not diggin the lms

 
i heard a alpine type-r 15 on 2000 watts in 4 cubes (guessing at cubes),sub facing up and two aero ports facing back.it was enough to make my ear drums feel like they were literaly bouncing in my head.i couldnt take no more than 45 seconds of it.it was in a honda civic sedan,back seat was in and the front doors were wide open

 
Ya but you dont see alot of people doing 150+ with a single sub on MUSIC
