Stinger hypers series or Db drive ultraflex RCAs???

Ok so i have a bunch of boxes at my house and i only need to build myself a wooferbox and buy the speaker wire and rcas and im ready to install ...I was looking on ebay and they had stinger Hyper series rcas and then my friend who is a db drive dealer told me about the ultraflex rcas that are onn http://www.dblink.net.I would like to have honest opinions on which i should to connect my 3 amps to my alpine.Pros and cons.Any input would be greatly appreciated. on that site I see 2 variations of the ultraflex wires.

if they're the triple shielded versions I'd go with the hypers, if they're double it's a coin toss and I'd get what's cheaper.

The ultraflex is AV cable - Strandflex is what you mean. Nice ends, the Fiberglass/Mylar braid is rather silly, it is not any sort of electrical shield. All you really have is the foil shield. Not that impressive in terms of shielding, but if they are built as the illustration shows they look ok.

Too bad, looks like decent cable for the car -- the double shielded that is, no metal.

A lot of us prefer unshielded cables.

Cable shielding is only effective against noise way beyond the audible range, and the strandflex foil would definitely qualify as shielded.

Strandflex vs. hyper I'd go w/hyper.
