Monsoon system, adding sub possible??

My wife just got a VW R32, and she wants to add alittle bass to the system. It's got the factory monsoon system. I was thinking about putting 1-2 8" subs in the wheel well since these cars dont come with a spare, lol. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif How would I go about adding a sub to a factory system?? I did use the "search", but nothing came up for a VW monsoon, and I didnt know if there was a difference. A LOC, line out converter, it takes signals from all the channels and gives you the RCA and Remote wire for a sub amp.

i dont think it matters before or after the amp, as long as find the wires with signal (speaker wire)

But if I put it before the amp then that would take out the amp to the rest of the speakers in the car wouldn't it?? All i'm really wanting to do is add a sub (maybe an amp) to the system thats there already. It should go before because the monsoon systens have crossovers built directly into the amp..

Oh, and you'll have to add an amp - there isn't enough power on the monsoon amp, nor is there a sub channel.
