From looking at your system, it looks like you have a decent set up where you should be getting a decent amount of mid-bass. I would fully sound deaden the front doors, both inside of exterior panel and the front of the interior metal panel. That will give more mid-bass. Also, look into getting an EQ to help bring the highs down and the mids up.

Also, I would swap out the TS-M651PRO speakers for some 6.5" mid bass speakers. Those Pioneers offer a lot of midrange. They are designed for extreme high power sound systems and pro audio systems. Actually, try unplugging the TS-M651PRO speakers and see if your mid bass becomes more pronounced. Those pro speakers might be drowning them out.
