1500W RMS Class D Monoblock HFi Series Amplifier (HFi 1500D)
onyx still better?
the link didn't work there. Those are all mediocre amps at best. They get the job done, But I'd rather spend the same amount on a piece of used equipment and get something top notch.
For the box you're looking for, you'll need to raise your budget. It'll cost at least $200. We've got several designers and builders on here that can help you accomplish exactly what you need.
For a sub, I'd personally recommend a 12" Gcon with D2 coils:
GCON-12 Sound Solutions Audio 12" 750W GCON Series Subwoofer - SSA STORE
And for an amplifier, kinda a tough one. The ones you listed are nowhere near Rockford quality... Here's actually a really good deal on an amp for you, and it's still brand new:

It won't push your sub to the max, but I think it's your best option on your budget.
Again, the Audiopoop and MB Quart are fine, but they are of the lowest acceptable quality. They will get the job done however. And should last for a couple years at least.
If you could really afford it, I'd be all over the AQ1200, top notch amp. Underrated power:
AQ1200D Amplifier
Also, I guess another subwoofer option would be the Alpine Type R, D2 of course:
Alpine SWR-12D2 (swr12d2) 12" Dual 2-Ohm Type-R Series Car Subwoofer
..a sub that works and takes good power daily:
Obsidian Car Audio
One or 2 of these would actually be my primary choice, I didn't link them because I thought they were out of stock.
