ssteele18's box for OA 15 critique?

Just use a single port and if want it to look better then a basic slot do a kerf port it maybe some angled style port. Don't just tune to 32 because that is what everyone does make sure the enclosure is designed not only around the sub but around the application itself as well.

OA subs are nice for sure though. I have had a decent amount of "hands on" time with them and still currently have 4 of them in our demo truck.

I believe Stephen knows what he's doing. Just a misunderstanding. He would check with me everytime he would make a cut to the box. Great guy to work with.

I asked around where I should tune the box, because I wanted SPL=SQ and they said that 32 would be fine.

If I am going to do 1 port, I might as well just do a regular port..

I just wanted a symmetrical looking box because I like to show my clean install to people

I am still leaning towards doing 2 ports, as nobody has given me WHY dual ports are not good, everybody has just said to not do it.
