SSD sub for mazda 3 hatchback

Hey guys, so I'm thinking about getting a sub for my new mazda 3 hatchback and I was wondering if I could get some help picking out an amp and an enclosure. I'm thinking about getting 1 10" FI SSD, but I have no idea what amp to pair with it. I was also wondering if it would it be better to run it in a ported or sealed enclosure for the car I have. Also, I have about $400 to spend on the amp and sub so does this sub sound like a good idea for my budget? Thanks.

Why not a 12 inch? And try a kicker 750.1 on ebay or look for one on here
