Howdy. I listen to brutal death metal and I'm working on making my car sound like a concert inside of it.

I've got all the stuff figured out as far as Subwoofers and Components. Just need to know which 2 channel amp to run to my comps. I already got a 4 channel in my car right now (which is a Alpine MRP-f250) powering 2 sets of Type-S Coax's.

Anyways. This is my comp set I'm going with: http://www.woofersetc.com/p7526/PRO60SE--Boston-Acoustics-65"-2way-PRO-Series-Component-System.htm

This is my subs I'm going with: http://www.woofersetc.com/p5806/IDQ10V3D2--Image-Dynamics-10"-IDQ-Version-3-Subwoofer.htm. I'm going to run 2 of them in a custom sealed box built to specifications and tuned properly. The amp I got powering them is a XZKicker 750.1. I'm gonna have them wired at 2 OHM to give each sub roughly 375 watts. Which should be perfect.

This is the amp I've heard very good things about and considering on buying: http://cgi.ebay.com/Sundown-Audio-SAX-125-2-Amplifier_W0QQitemZ180446190047QQcmdZViewItemQQptZCar_Amplifiers?hash=item2a036e59df#ht_2258wt_1167

Your thoughts on the amp and the general outlook of my system?

I'm also deadening the doors. Inner and outter.

Go for the sundown 50.4
does more power bridged

Everything else looks pretty nice

should sound good once installed..
Sweet. I found it. More power and cheaper //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

What is the vehicle this is going in?With the music you listen to you might like going with a baffle board in the trunk instead of a box. If it interests you I would jump up to 12's.

I don't want to jump up to 12's because I want the bass to be tight, accurate and it has to be fast. Ever since I started looking for my first system, do to the type of music I listen too, 12's won't be able to keep up with the kick drums like the 10's would. At least that is what I've been told. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

A lot of bands I listen to produce 210 bpm and faster. Here is a example:

And it's going into a 2008 Mazda 6. 4 door, not the 5.

shit man them are some expensive components. why not go with image dynamic comps?
Mainly because I've heard the Boston Pro's and I really liked them. I even got to play my type of music on them and it sounded really good to me.

And because the closest Image Dynamics dealer to me with like 4 hours away. Which isn't a big deal but judging by the way that shopped looked that carried them, I don't think they had any setup inside. Looked like a complete dump.

im sure they sound amazing and if you want to drop that much into speakers thats fine. but there are others out there that sound just as good for 1/2 the price. The link i posed is the id comps and they are amazing.
Hmmm. I wish I could hear them. I'd love to save more money. Oh well. I'll just have to wait. Hehe. :p
